About Partial Floor Plans

The conceptual underpinnings of these pieces refer to the process mirroring the construction/destruction
and construction/abandonment of buildings in communities around the world. I use torn fabric as the
building materials; the tearing of one's clothing is a powerful expression of grief in the Jewish tradition.
